The Practice Established in 1905, we are Northern Ireland's oldest family owned practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors. We provide a comprehensive range of construction cost consultany services, we are also an assoicate practice of Northcroft, on the UK's leading chartered quantity surveying company's with a worldwide network.
The Practice is owned and managed by Mr. Colin McCarthy, the grandson of the founder. As Principal, he is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over twenty years experience in the profession both in the UK and Overseas. He was educated at the Royal School Armagh, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland, attended Portsmouth Polytechnic, Hampshire, England, graduating with a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying and also holds the R.I.C.S. Diploma in Project Management from the College of Estate Management at Reading University, Mr McCarthy is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Association for Project Management.
